A referral from your doctor is not necessary unless you are claiming treatment under Worker’s Compensation, Veteran’s Affairs, Third Party Insurance or Medicare under a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM). Please be advised that our practice does not bulk bill under Medicare but the Medicare rebate will be immediately transferred back into your account.

Please allow approximately 1 hour for your initial assessment and treatment.

It includes a review of your medical history followed by a thorough physical examination. A biomechanical assessment will reveal any altered movement patterns that may be causing you pain or discomfort. Subsequently, with a clear understanding of your condition and taking into account your routines and lifestyle, an individual treatment plan combining hands-on treatment and a tailored exercise program will be designed. Most subsequent visits will take approximately 45 minutes.

Due to the busy nature of our practice, we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations, so that we can contact patients from our waiting list. If cancelled outside of this timeframe, a non cancellation fee of $120 will apply.
